Attendance

A student’s absence affects not only their own progress, but also the progress of the entire class. Therefore, regular attendance is mandatory for all students. The following rules are in effect regarding attendance.

• Lessons missed may be made up in an alternate class as recommended by the teacher. Only 2 classes can be made up in order to qualify for perfect attendance.

• Students with excessive absences or absences during the last six weeks before the June recital may be required to make up the classes missed by booking a private lesson ($20 per ½ hour at the convenience of the teacher).

• No refunds will be granted for a missed class.

• A student may be denied the privilege in the annual recital based in absenteeism, poor class performance, and accounts which arrears for tuition.

Please note - A student MUST attend every class or will need to pay for a private lesson for any classes missed after May 1st in order to be included in the entire choreography of the class.

Tuition

For your convenience, yearly tuition is broken into 9 equal payments and ½ of a payment for June. A locked payment box is available in the waiting room for payments made by check. When paying by cash, receipts should be obtained by a staff member.

Please refer to your this sheet for your payment of your monthly tuition.

A 10% discount is applied for a family’s tuition that exceeds $150.00 per month and a 15% discount is applied for a family’s tuition that exceeds $200.00 per month.

In order to keep the studio running, any tuition payments not received by the 7th of every month will be subject to a $5.00 late fee.

There will be a $20.00 charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Tuition balances must be paid in full in order to perform in the dance recital.
